  • East Village-opoly On Sale Now at Various Businesses

    The East Village Association (EVA) is thrilled to announce the sale release of the 1st edition of East Village-opoly—a fun and creative local spin on the classic board game. The goal of the EVA is to sell 1,000 board games by end of year. Proceeds from East Village-opoly board game sales will benefit the East Village Landmark Sign project and other EVA community programs.

    East Village-opoly will be sold on the following dates and East Village neighborhood locations.

National Pizza Week at URBN and BASIC Jan. 5-10

January 6, 2015 In honor of National Pizza Week, URBN and BASIC are starting off 2015 by giving back. With "Roll the Dough, To Raise the Dough", from Monday, January 5th to Saturday, January 10th, they will be donating $1 from every pizza purchased at San Diego’s favorite New Haven-style pizzerias —BASIC urban kitchen + bar (410 10th Avenue, East Village) and all three URBN Coal Fired Pizza locations (North Park, El Cajon, Vista) to four different local charities, with a minimum of $1,000 going to all of the organizations.
