BeShock offers both traditional Japanese and global cuisine and gives them a twist of San Diego flavor to bring “glocalization”to East Village. We use local, fresh ingredients in a stylish and newly established Japanese noodle restaurant. Enjoy our variety of ramen (including traditional and specialty), delectable sushi rolls, local craft beers, craft cocktails, and premium saké carefully selected by our own Saké Master. Our name BESHOCK is derived from the Japanese word “bi-shoku,” which means “the beauty of food.” We take this concept to heart when preparing our dishes and invite you to experience both the beauty and wholesomeness of our food.
