This 7 story mural features the world’s fastest animal and San Diego local, the Peregrine falcon. Once on the brink of extinction, this now thriving bird is proof of successful conservation efforts. The artist's hope is to raise awareness for the rare and critically endangered Torrey pine that is endemic to SD county and express the need for that same attention the Peregrine falcon received.
